Workspaces Beta Feedback

Workspaces is a reporting tool composed of one or more tables containing one or more tiles.

A tile is defined by an analysis; it represents a set of data coupled with a visual representation, such as a table on site performance, a bar graph on top pages, or a pie chart showing traffic distribution by source, for example.

A table can contain one or more analyses or tiles. For example, a table can include a tile on the performance of acquisition sources, another tile on the traffic generated by SEA campaigns, and another with the top 5 landing pages of the site.

The workspace, in turn, can be composed of one or more boards, such as an acquisition board, a conversion funnel performance board, or a mobile performance-focused board.

Our first experience with the Workspaces

Beta allows us to draw up a non-exhaustive list of the opportunities offered by the interface:

The main advantage of the tool is its speed of execution. Although it requires the use of DataQuery to create and save models, it is important to note that these models are pre-computed overnight. As a result, the Workspaces module offers better performance with minimal loading times, even for resource-intensive queries, allowing fast access to data.

All saved DataQuery models are stored in the library interface and can be easily filtered using a tag system.

The fluidity of Workspaces also extends to sharing boards with other users, which can be done with a single ! click via a “public” or “private” toggle. Depending on the end user’s access rights, they may or may not have el salvador phone number library access to the board. Historically, with Piano’s data model shared across the organization, it was difficult to filter ! and compartmentalize data, as access rights were managed by Tier 1 applications or sites. However, with Workspaces, it is now ! possible to create a workspace with multiple boards with specific ! dimensions and metrics, allowing certain users to access only the data that is relevant to them.

For example, if you want to share specific data with a media agency ! partner, but only on certain dimensions and metrics related to sources and visits, this is now possible.

It should be noted that this Feature

The user experience is pleasant, with smart tile layout via a drag-and-drop system. Workspaces is easy to use, even for users who have never created a dashboard before.

One of the notable features is the ability to customize the interface internet: firefox celebrates its 20th anniversary in a difficult situation on the fly, like ! changing data visualizations from a table to a histogram with a single click, even in visualization mode.

Additionally, users can add additional metrics and properties ! to a tile, as mobile list long as they are included in the DataQuery report first. This gives end users more analytical flexibility while maintaining control over which metrics and properties are available.
